Thyroid health plays an important role in maintaining the body's homeostasis. One of the main causes of thyroid disease may be genetic predisposition. Your genes can determine how actively your body produces thyroid hormones, as well as your potential risk level for developing autoimmune diseases. This report will examine these risks in detail, allowing you to choose the most effective strategies for prevention and health maintenance.

Where to Obtain Raw Data for the Report?

To run the report, you need to upload raw data files to the patient profile.
Raw data should be obtained from the laboratory where the genetic analysis was performed.
Usually, you can download raw data files from the laboratory's website.

Our bioinformatics team can enhance your data with the help of imputation that will cover V3 + V5 formats, and will supplement your file with pathologically significant SNPs.
At the output, you will receive one file that will contain all your data.
You can use it in our or third-party decoders (genetic calculators).
This additional data improves the quality of our reports and will provide you with the maximum genetic response.
